Rear Loading Systems
HOLZ-HER now offers two unique beam saw loading systems for our customers:
Direct Rear Loading:
Overview:
- Programmable automatic pusher with lifting table (rear side)
- Cutting length 4250 mm or 5250 mm
- Cutting depth 2 x 2050 mm
- Measurements of lifting table: 4000 x 2000 mm
Features:
- Scissor lifting table with heavy angle and hollow profiles
- Solid platform and 7 mounted sliding rails for an easy loading with fork lift
- Withdrawal system (3 pins), for machine loading from the panel stack (mounted to pusher and pneumatically controlled)
- Extended pusher support arms for machine lift table
- Pneumatically retractable clamps for override of the panel stack (height = 100 mm)
- Fender board to line up the panel stack
- Digital measurement system to withdrawal panels from the lifting table
- Double light barrier for operator safety.
- 3 longitudinal alignment units for longitudinal alignment of the panel pack after loading

Indirect Side Loading:
Overview:
- Programmable automatic pusher with lifting table (right side)
- Cutting length 4250 mm
- Cutting depth 2 x 2050 mm
- Measurements of lifting table: 4000 x 2000 mm
- Motor driven platform in the lifting table (with rollers)
Features:
- Motor driven platform in the lifting table (with rollers) for an indirect loading from the right side
- Reconnaissance sensor to switch the drive (On / Off)
- Withdrawal system (3 pins), for machine loading from the panel stack (mounted to pusher and pneumatically controlled)
- Extended pusher support arms for machine lift table
- Pneumatically retractable clamps for override of the panel stack (height = 100 mm)
- Fender board to line up the panel stack
