ProMaster - Matrix Table
Perfect for Nested Based Manufacturing
The ProMaster matrix table has continuous grooves in the X- and Y- direction at a distance of 50 mm. The spacing of the vacuum connections is 150 mm in each direction. For nested based manufacturing (NBM) - a highly rational method for producing closet parts and front - an MDF panel is subjected to a uniform suction via the vacuum connections. The workpieces are fixed to the MDF and then all the contours are machined out of a panel without interruption.
